We worry most about middlemen markups. Is RICHI a real source factory?
We are a genuine manufacturer operating directly from the factory. We own a modern manufacturing base exceeding 60,000 square meters. From steel cutting, welding, precision machining to final assembly, everything is completed within our own workshops. There are no outsourcing links at all.
You are welcome to visit our factory at any time. You can see the equipment in production and our technicians at work.
Remote communication involves many uncertainties. How can we confirm the equipment can produce the desired pellets?
You can send us a sample of your raw material. Then, we will conduct a real-material test run directly on our equipment. The entire process is recorded on video. We will honestly record the operating parameters and pellet output effects, then feedback the results to you.
This way, even if you are overseas, you can visually see your material being processed in our machines.
There are many types of production lines on the market. Which question should I clarify first to avoid making the wrong choice?
First, focus on one core point: what product do you ultimately want to sell? If the final product is livestock feed, lock in a feed pellet production line. If the final product is fuel pellets, choose a biomass energy production line.

High-end European and American equipment is too expensive, while ordinary equipment is feared to be unreliable. What level is RICHI at?

For key transmission and electrical control parts, we insist on using international first-tier brands like Siemens and SKF. This ensures stability during continuous heavy-duty operation. Meanwhile, relying on our own factory and local supply chain advantages, we control the overall cost within a reasonable budget range.
We currently focus on feed. If we want to switch to the biomass pellet sector in the future, will our previous investment be wasted?
It won’t be a complete waste. The front-end modules for crushing, conveying, cooling, and packing can continue to be used. What needs adjustment is mainly the pellet mill host and some special molds.
During the early planning stage, we will consider future scalability. We reserve改造 space in the layout, minimizing the cost of switching production lines.
Skilled mechanics are lacking locally. Can frontline operators learn to use it quickly?
We provide three support modules: a detailed illustrated operation manual, face-to-face training during on-site installation and debugging, and maintenance tutorial videos for quick reference. Routine operation and maintenance can be performed independently after just 1-2 days of training.
